Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 4 April 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by MAG, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the purchase or use of our training and related services. By accessing the site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Identity and contact

MAG, LLC provides professional IT-oriented training and educational content. For questions about these Terms, contact us at [email protected] or via the contact form on our website.

2. Services

Descriptions of courses, schedules, prices, and instructors on the website are for general information. A binding agreement is formed only when we confirm enrollment or delivery in writing (including email) and any applicable payment terms are met.

3. Eligibility and conduct

You must provide accurate information when you contact us or register. You agree not to misuse the site (for example, by attempting unauthorized access, distributing malware, or harassing staff or other participants).

4. Fees and payment

Fees, taxes, and currency are as stated in your order confirmation or invoice. Late payment may result in suspension of access to paid materials or sessions. Chargebacks or disputes should first be raised with us so we can resolve the issue.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Unless otherwise stated in your specific offer or contract, you may cancel a paid enrollment within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, provided the service has not yet been substantially delivered (for example, live sessions not yet started and no personalized materials issued). After that period, or once delivery has begun, refund eligibility depends on the program terms we communicate to you. We will process approved refunds without undue delay.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, graphics, logos, videos, course materials) is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials solely for your personal learning in connection with a program you are enrolled in. You may not copy, resell, or publicly redistribute our materials without written permission.

7. Third-party tools

Training may reference third-party software or platforms. Your use of those tools is subject to the third party’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Disclaimer

Training is provided for professional development. We do not guarantee employment or specific exam results. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where applicable).

9. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where stricter consent is required by law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to MAG, LLC’s establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction over our registered seat have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
